Ellsworth Community College hit four home runs to record a victory over 10th-ranked Kirkwood Community College.
Gavin Doll, Dylan Phelps, Jacob Koerselman and Aiden Martin all smacked round-trippers to help lead the Panthers to a 9-7 victory in a nine-inning contest.
The Eagles won the previous two games by lopsided scores of 16-6 and 11-0.
During the finale, ECC scored in seven of its nine innings of at-bats. The last two runs were plated in the top of the ninth to break a 7-7 tie.
Doll finished game three with three hits and four RBI, while Phelps, Koerselman and Martin each produced two-hit games at the dish.
Six pitchers got through the nine innings, with Tripp Rawlings starting the contest. He completed four frames and allowed just two earned runs on seven hits. Tye Schellhorn finished the game with three innings of two hit baseball.
The first two games got out of hand early, as Kirkwood scored 12 runs in the bottom of the first during game one. The Eagles plated six runs in the first inning of game two.
Maddox O'Connor homered in the opener and drove in three runs for ECC.
The series loss dropped the Panthers to 17-26 overall and 8-10 in Region XI. Kirkwood improved to 37-7 and 13-5.
